They feel good about themselves and have healthy relationships. Mental health can be affected by many things, including environment, stress, and sleep habits. Most people believe that mental health is not important with your everyday health routine, however, lack of this will affect not only your fitness but your life. The mind and body have a connection and both need to be healthy in order to keep the other healthy. How our App incorporates mental health
SleepTracker
With our app, You will be able to put in information to allow to you have the perfect amount of sleep each night. One major aspect of mental health is sleep and our app will ensure that your sleep is the amount of time needed for your age to have a healthy start and end to your day. Our app will have a timer set to your recommended night of sleep and will allow you to select a tone from your music library, phone alarm library, music apps, or our unique tones included. Another unique aspect of this alarm is that in order to turn it off, you must unlock your phone, go onto the app, and solve a math problem to ensure that you are fully awake. This allows us to track when you wake up exactly and to record this data. When you go to sleep you would enter our app to start your alarm. After you use your app and get the ball rolling, after two days you will be able to see your sleeping tracked on a handy, dandy graph and allow yourself to visually look at your sleeping habits.
My Journal
Another unique feature of the App is a journal section. Instead of going home to a book to write your whole day's worth of feelings and emotions, our app allows to write your current feelings on the go. Throw out that old journal and take your recorded life stories on the go! Another fun feature of this journal aspect is that you can input your emotion and based on that you get a encouraging quote of the day. Whether you're happy or sad, our quotes in your my journal will sure make your day even better or pick it up.
Physical Health and Nutrition
Mental health is directly affected by our diet and physical health. By using our app, you will be able to keep track of both of these which can help you gage how you have been staying in routine, or see if you are slacking which can show a deteriorating mental health. Our App shows a 360 degree view of one's health, and by making sure the other aspects of one's health are in tact, your mental health will most likely remain normal. What makes our app different is that we include aspects, tips, and plans for different parts of one's health. It allows one to keep track of everything all in the palms of one's hands.
